I charge a $30 bench fee to diagnose a non-functioning pedal or to evaluate for a requested custom modification and provide an estimate. If you want to go ahead with the repair or modification, I’ll apply the $30 fee toward my hourly rate of $45, plus any replacement parts, if not, I’ll return the pedal to you and cover shipping. Most repairs can be completed in 1-2 hours and parts rarely run more than $15.
